講演題目 ： Free Surface Flows

We report the results of a recent series of experimental studies of free surface flows, and outline accompanying theoretical developments. Particular attention will be given to striking new flow structures (polygons, chains and fishbones) arising from instabilities of free fluid sheets, and to a number of novel Marangoni flows (fluid pipes and wine dynamics).
