1. The on-line registration is over. We have 33 oral and 31 poster presentations.

   The "on-site registration" can be accepted during November 12 (Mon) - 14 (Wed).

   All participants, both invited and general, are asked to pay at the registration desk, 7,000 yen (3,000 yen for students) as the participation fee, which covers the abstract book, banquet, and drinks and snacks during the conference.

2. In the morning of November 12, all participants are recommended to reach the conference site (Media Center of Sugimoto Campus, OCU) as early as possible to overcome a possible confusion at the registration desk.
   
3. On November 13 (Tue), all the participants are cordially invited to the banquet which will be held at the restaurant "Wisteria" located on the first floor of the Media Center. Each participant will be kindly requested to show the individual nameplate at the entrance. The dress is casual. The banquet will start at 19:00.
